My initials are CEO
All my life, I’ve heard jokes about how I am destined to become a CEO (chief executive officer)… it’s in my name, and my parents run their own successful businesses.
I’m a naturally sensitive, empathetic, observant person. I grew up in a privileged, high-performing household. As a teen, I developed anxiety around my need to perform academically and professionally – to meet or surpass the high bar set for me. Chasing perfection became part of my identity.
That identity came crashing down as a young adult after experiencing college rejection, career burnout, and an eating disorder. I struggled with self-doubt, confidence, and felt unfulfilled in my personal and professional life.
I realized something had to change. Through recovery, therapy, coaching, and self-work, I began to practice living in alignment with my authentic self and values, instead of who or what I thought I should be.
I became a coach because I experienced the power of coaching firsthand. Coaching gave me the safety and space to identify my needs, values, and goals - and plan out what it would take to become the “CEO” of my own life. I want to hold that space for others to experience their own transformations.
I am honored and grateful to have the opportunity to support those who are ready and willing to do the work to live an embodied life.
My goal is to be the coach I needed in high school, college, and early adulthood.
The coach who gets it, who honors your unique story and perspective,
and who stands in the gap, cheering you on, as you work to create the life of your dreams.

Fun Facts
I have three cats named Malcom X, Nina Simone, and George Harrison. I adopted two of them after meeting them on animal rescue stories I covered as a journalist. They love to make appearances on Zoom when I work with my clients. Feel free to bring your pets to session too!
I am an athlete. I played tennis competitively growing up, but stopped after high school. As an adult, I re-discovered my passion for sports and athletic training, and it has been so rewarding. I love the mental and physical push that comes from training like an athlete. I also started dancing! It’s my newest hobby, and I’m having so much fun exploring different styles.

“Cam is an amazing coach! She is such an approachable and friendly person, talking to her is always easy and natural. I can rely on Cam to help me think through my problems and bring clarity into my life. She always explains concepts to me clearly and understands how I'm feeling even when I don't. Coaching with her is an enlightening experience, and I learn something new about myself each time. She is great at advocating for me when I'm struggling to do so for myself. Everyone would benefit from a Cam in their corner, and overall she is clearly passionate about what she does!”

“My coaching experience with Cameron so far has been really amazing and special. We have tackled specific issues in terms of my self worth, social life, and school/ambition and have created strategies and plans for when said issues arise. Cameron makes me feel heard and respected. no idea or thought I share makes me worried about being embarrassed. Cameron offered me a plethora of resources outside of our sessions to help inspire and motivate me with my goals. I have felt like Cameron fully supports me every step of the way without judgment.”
